Türkiye ve Katar Arasında Sağlık Alanında İşbirliği Anlaşması İmzalandı Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan ve Katar Devleti Emiri Şeyh Temim bin Hamed Âl Sânî 'nin başkanlıklarında 18 Aralık 2016 tarihinde Türkiye-Katar Yüksek Stratejik Komite İkinci Toplantısı Trabzon'da gerçekleştirildi. Toplantıda sağlık alanında da birçok görüşme yapılıp, anlaşmalar imzalandı. Türk sağlık sektörünü yakından ilgilendiren bu anlaşmaya göre iki ülke arasında; sağlık bilgi sistemleri, halk sağlığı, hastane yönetimi, ilaç ve tıbbi cihaz, sağlık turizmi, genetik ve laboratuvar, organ ve hücre nakli, sağlık yatırımları, personel eğitimleri, erken uyarı cevap sistemi, kitlesel organizasyonlarda sağlık hizmeti, ortak insani yardım projeleri ve uluslararası organizasyonlarda birlikte çalışma konularında işbirliğine gidilecek. Sağlık alanında, çok geniş kapsamlı imzalanan bu anlaşma ile iki ülke arasındaki sağlık turizmi ve ticareti oldukça hareketlenecek. CNR Expo CNR Holding de bu kapsamda, kendi alanlarında uzman kadrosu tarafından, Katar başta olmak üzere çok sayıda ülkenin seçkin alım heyetleri için gerçekleştirdiği fuar çalışmalarını hızlandırmış bulunuyor. İstanbul Health Expo 2017’ye katılım gösterecek alım heyetleri sayesinde sağlık alanında bu yıl daha fazla ihracat hedefleniyor. CNR Holding kuruluşlarından Pozitif Fuarcılık tarafından Sağlık Bakanlığı, Aile ve Sosyal Politikalar Bakanlığı, Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu (SGK), TİTCK Türkiye ilaç ve tıbbi cihaz Kurumu, Türkiye Kamu hast. Birliği, Sağlık ve Sosyal Hizmetler Dernekleri Federasyonu (SADEFE) ile Özel Hastaneler ve Sağlık Kuruluşları Derneği (OHSAD) iş birliğinde düzenlenen İstanbul Health Expo 27-30 EYLÜL 2017 tarihleri arasında CNR EXPO Yeşilköy’de ülkenin en kapsamlı ve tek fuarı olarak 5. Sağlık sektöründe yerli ve yabancı alıcılar buluşuyor! Medikal ve sağlık sektöründeki yeni teknoloji ve uygulamalar Health Expoda görücüye çıkacak.
Dikkat! Gittikçe şişmanlıyoruz Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu (TÜİK), 2014 yılına ilişkin Türkiye Sağlık Araştırması sonuçlarını açıkladı. Buna göre, bireylerin boy ve kilo değerleri kullanılarak hesaplanan vücut kitle endeksi incelendiğinde 15 yaş ve üstü bireylerin %33,7’sinin fazla kilolu, %42,2’sinin normal kilolu, %4,2’sinin ise düşük kilolu olduğu tespit edildi. Erkeklerin %38,2’si kilolu Araştırmaya göre kadınların % 24,5’i obez, %29,3’ü ise fazla kilolu. Erkeklerde ise bu oranlar sırasıyla %15,3 ve %38,2 olarak kayıtlara geçti. Böylece Türkiye’deki obez bireylerin oranı % 19,9 oldu. Geçen yılın son 6 ayı içinde, 0-6 yaş grubundaki çocuklarda en çok görülen hastalık türleri incelendiğinde %41,9 ile üst solunum yolu enfeksiyonu ilk sırada yer aldı. Bunu sırasıyla % 33,2 ile ishal, %10,8 ile kansızlık, %10,1 ile alt solunum yolu enfeksiyonu ve %9,3 ile ağız ve diş sağlığı sorunları izledi. Söz konusu dönemde 07-14 yaş grubundaki çocuklarda %24,6 ile en fazla ağız ve diş sağlığı sorunları görüldü. Bunu, göz ile ilgili sorunlar %13,8, enfeksiyöz hastalıkları %9,4, cilt hastalıkları %4,9 ve beslenme ile ilişkili hastalıklar %3,5 ile takip etti. Geçen yıl 15 yaş ve üstü bireylerde en çok görülen hastalık türleri ise sırasıyla; %33 ile bel bölgesi problemleri, %21,3 ile boyun bölgesi problemleri, %16,1 ile hipertansiyon, %12,1 ile alerji ve %11 ile depresyon oldu.
Cepten randevu sistemiyle, beklemeye son İzmir Dr. Suat Seren Göğüs Hastalıkları Hastanesi’nde uygulamaya konulan “Cepten randevu sistemi” sayesinde hastalar, istediği doktordan randevu alıp kendisinden önce kaç kişinin sırada beklediğini görebiliyor. “Cepten randevu” işleri hızlandırdı Uygulamada hasta gün içinde hemen kayıt alabiliyor. Doktorunu, branşını seçebiliyor. Hangi doktorun o an müsait olduğunu, hangisinin müsait olmadığını görebiliyor. Kendisine sıranın ne zaman geleceğini görüp hastaneye o vakit geliyor ve hiçbir kayıt, evrak işlemi yapmadan, hiçbir personelle görüşmeden doğrudan doktorun odasının önünde sırasının gelmesini bekliyor. Hastanedeki işlemeni dakikalar içinde halledip dönüyor.
Laboratuvar, hastanın ayağına geliyor Kamu hastanesinden hizmet alan hastalar önceleri, numunesini vermek için başka hastaneye yönlendiriliyordu. Fakat artık hasta, muayene olduğu yerde numunesini veriyor ve hastaneye de o numuneyi doğru şekilde değerlendireceği yere iletmek kalıyor. İstanbul Anadolu Kuzey Kamu Hastaneler Birliği Fatih Sultan Mehmet Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Merkez Laboratuvarı bu birliğe bağlı İstanbul’un farklı bölgelerinde bulunan 11 hastane ve 10 semt polikliniğine hizmet veriyor. Merkez Laboratuvarı Biyokimya Koordinatörü Dr. Pınar Eker, “Günün belirli saatlerinde 11 hastaneden ve 10 semt polikliniğinden alınan numuneler Merkez Laboratvuarı’na yönlendiriliyor ve hastanın başka yere gitmesine gerek kalmıyor” dedi.

Topal en çok çocuklarına sarılıp başlarını tekrar okşayabildiğine seviniyor. Aydın’da 2008 yılında tarlada çalışırken iki kolunu silaj makinesine kaptıran Topal, Akdeniz Üniversitesi’ne kol nakli için müracaat etmiş, beklediği haber 2 yıl sonra gelmişti. Muğla Milas’ta ikamet eden ve trafik kazasında hayatını kaybeden 23 yaşındaki Fatih Demirel’in ailesi tarafından bağışlanan kolların, Topal’a nakledilmesine karar verildi. Akdeniz Üniversitesi’nde Prof. Dr. Ömer Özkan ve ekibi tarafından Türkiye’de ilk kez gerçekleştirilen çift kol nakli başarıyla sonuçlandı. Topal, 2 yıllık fizik tedavinin ardından kollarını rahat bir şekilde kullanmaya başladı. Tüm kişisel ihtiyaçlarını kendisi karşılayabilen, araba ve motosiklet kullanan Topal’ı en çok mutlu eden ise elinden tutup gezdirebildiği çocuklarına sarılıp onları okşayabilmesi oldu. Hayata dört elle sarıldı Umurlu Mahallesi’ndeki evlerinde eşi Fatma, 8 yaşındaki kızı Necile ve 1 yaşındaki oğlu Ömer Özkan ile mutlu bir hayat süren Cihan Topal, şunları söyledi: “Kaza sonrasında 2 yılı büyük zorluk ve umutsuzluk içinde geçirdim. Kollarımın olmadığı dönemde en çok istediğim, çocuğumun elinden tutup parka, okula götürebilmek, başını okşayıp sevebilmekti. Çok dua ettim. Şimdi pazardan alışverişimi yapabiliyor, çocuklarımı kucağıma alıp sevebiliyor, araba, motosiklet, telefon, bilgisayar kullanabiliyor, tüm ihtiyaçlarımı karşılayabiliyorum.”
Devlet hastanesinde ilk kas dokusu transferini yaptılar Türkiye’nin ancak belirli üst düzey hastanelerinde gerçekleştirilen serbest kas dokusu transferi ameliyatı, Batman Bölge Devlet Hastanesi’nde Op. Dr. Fırat Acar tarafından yapıldı. Bir kaza sonucu sağ ayağında ağır derecede doku kaybı gelişen Edip Dündar (17), Batman Bölge Devlet Hastanesi’nde yapılan serbest kas dokusu transferi ameliyatı ile sağlığına kavuştu. Hastanenin ilkleri arasına giren ameliyatı gerçekleştiren Op. Dr. Fırat Acar, “Bu ameliyat plastik rekonstruktif ve estetik cerrahi pratiğinin üst düzey ameliyatlarından olan serbest doku transferidir. Yaklaşık 8 saat süren başarılı operasyon sonrasında uyluk bölgesindeki kas dokusu mikro cerrahi yöntemlerle ayağa taşındı. Hastamız kısa sürede sağılığına kavuştu” dedi. “Ayağı kesilebilir dediler” Hastanın babası Abdulhalim Dündar ise, oğlunun sağlığına kavuşmasının mutluluğunu yaşadıklarını belirterek, “İlk götürdüğümüz merkezde bize sakat kalabileceği hatta ayağının belki de kesilebileceği söylendi. Batman Bölge Devlet Hastanesi plastik cerrahi doktorlarından Op. Dr. Fırat Acar’ın başarılı çalışmalarını duymuştuk. Bizde hastamızı ona getirdik. Oğlumun sakat kalabileceği haberi dünyamı başıma yıkmıştı. Fakat başarılı operasyonla oğlum sağılığına kavuştu ve şimdi yürüyebiliyor” diye konuştu.
TÜBİTAK, yerli kanser ilacı için kolları sıvadı Biyoteknolojik ilaç konusunda çalışma başlatan TÜBİTAK MAM Gen Mühendisliği ve Biyoteknoloji Enstitüsü, kanser tedavisinde kullanılmak üzere milli biyobenzer ilaç molekülü üretecek. Türkiye’de tamamı yurt dışından ithal edilen biyoteknolojik ilaç konusunda çalışma yapan TÜBİTAK Marmara Araştırma Merkezi (MAM), kanser tedavisinde kullanılmak üzere milli biyobenzer ilaç molekülü üretecek. TÜBİTAK MAM Gen Mühendisliği ve Biyoteknoloji Enstitüsü İmmünogenetik Laboratuvarı araştırmacılarından Dr. Koray Balcıoğlu, yaptığı açıklamada, milli biyobenzer kanser ilaç geliştirme ve üretimiyle ilgili 10 ay önce proje başlattıklarını söyledi. Dünyada her yıl yaklaşık 8 milyon insanın kanser nedeniyle hayatını kaybettiğini ifade eden Balcıoğlu, kanserle ilgili birçok çalışma yapılmasına rağmen yeni bir ürün geliştirmede zorluklarla karşılaşıldığını dile getirdi. 4 yılda tamamlanması hedefleniyor Projenin 4 yılda tamamlanmasının öngörüldüğünü belirten Balcıoğlu, geçen 10 aylık süreçte gerekli genleri belirlediklerini, daha sonra bu genleri vektörlere aktardıklarını dile getirdi. Balcıoğlu, fazla üretiminin firmalar için avantajlı olacağını anlatarak, “Vektörü tamamladık, memeli hücrelere aktarma çalışmalarına başladık. Yakın süreçte bu işlemleri de bitirip en iyi üretimi yapan hücreyi belirlemek için gerekli çalışmaları yapacağız. Bir taraftan da antikorun karakterizasyonu için gerekli altyapıyı oluşturuyoruz. Çünkü bu konuda da yurtdışına bağımlıyız ve ülkemizde akredite altyapı olmadığından dolayı mecburen yurtdışındaki bazı firmalardan destek almak durumundayız ama deneyleri enstitüde oturtup yurtdışı bağımlılığını azaltmak istiyoruz” şeklinde konuştu.
